LAROTEX TRC has high covering characteristic and thanks to the presence of special lubricants gives to the yarn an excellent degree of gliding reducing splitting resistance.

Larofil Z70 OLN is a liquid wax with excellent sizing and antistatic properties based on soluble polyvinyl resins and specific hygroscopic and antistatic substances.
Specifically designed for the treatment of linen yarns (both raw and dyed),twisted cotton wool during warping process.
LAROFIL Z70 OLN :
• has high lubricating properties and an excellent sizing power
• assures a right hygroscopic level even in a not-well conditioned room
• contains specific preservatives substances that prevent fermentation processes
• provides an high antistatic power
• is easily removed in hot water in a slightly alkaline environment with the normal process of
desizing.
LAROFIL Z70 OLN:
Is ready to use and it is applied with a kiss roll at room temperature in the following amounts:
• Linen : 12-15%
• Twisted cotton: 3-4%
• Twisted wool: 8-10%

LAROFIL DE45 Extra is a liquid wax with excellent sizing properties based on soluble polyvinyl resins and specific hygroscopic and antistatic substances.
LAROFIL DE45 Extra is a wax specifically designed for waxing of woolen yarns (Siro, Crêpe), of particularly hairy twisted woolen yarns with low resistance and cotton yarns (Open-end) with low thread counts.
LAROFIL DE45 Extra:
• has high lubricating properties and an excellent sizing power
• provides an high antistatic power
• is stable to light and heat treatments
• does not allow the yarn to yellow even after prolonged storage
• is easily removed in hot water in a slightly alkaline environment with the normal process of scouring

Is ready for use and is applied with a kiss-roll at room temperature in the following amounts:
Wool: 7 – 8 % ( calculated on warp weight)
Twisted wool : 3 – 4 % ( calculated on warp weight)

Cotton (OE): 10 – 12 % ( calculated on warp weight)
The film of the product is soluble after about 15 ‘in water at 35 – 40 ° C with slight agitation.

COTTON YARNS AND THEIR BLENDS WITH POLYESTER
OLEOSOL LG 100 is a liquid wax, free from mineral oils, with excellent hygroscopic and antistatic
properties.
Application:
OLEOSOL LG 100 has been studied for the after-sizing treatment of cotton yarns and their blends with
polyester.
OLEOSOL LG 100 is used successfully for the preparation of sizing bath during cooking.
OLEOSOL LG100:
•has high lubricating and humectants properties
•keeps a fair hygroscopic degree even in non-well conditioned environments
•provides an excellent antistatic power
•does not allow the yarn to yellow even after prolonged storage
•is easily removed in hot water
In the sizing bath the application quantity of OLEOSOL LG 100 is 0.8% – 1% calculated on final size
volume.
For after-sizing use, the applicative quantities of OLEOSOL LG 100 are the following:
•Cotton and blends 0,1% – 0,2%
The film of the product is soluble after about 15 ‘in water at 35 – 40 ° C with slight agitation.

ANTISCHIUMA FPN are Non-silicone defoamers, liquid. Dispersion of colloidal silica in hydrocarbons and surfactants.
ANTISCHIUMA FPN:
• Product with a strong power of antifoam, both abatement of foam that also preventive to the formation of it.
• It has good self-emulsifying properties and a low viscosity.
• It is indicated for the textile industry, paint industry and similar sectors. It is suitable for all areas where the glues and pastes of paint should not make foam.
• It is suitable for all jobs where you can not possibly use silicone defoamer.
ANTISCHIUMA FPN:
• The percentage of use is to be assessed according to the need, normally from 0.2 to 0.5%.
• The product can be stored in its original packaging for 1 year.
• It must be stored at a temperature of + 5 ° C to + 35 ° C.
• The product should be shaken before use.

IMBISOL/140 is ready for use and is applied in the following amounts:
• In the sizing box (after cooking): 0,5 % – 1% (on final volume of the sizing recipe)
• In the warping process: 2%-4% (on applied wax weight)

OLEOSOL/ND is a lubricant based on low molecular weight paraffinic hydrocarbons in synergy with non-ionic surfactants
APPLICATION:
OLEOSOL/ND is a lubricant and cohesioning agent with high antistatic properties specifically designed for application on different types of weft yarn allowing an high weaving efficiency. It can be used on linen, silk, wool, cotton, polyester yarns and their blends. OLEOSOL/ND is able to reduce or eliminate weaving problems related to faulty weft insertion..
OLEOSOL/ND:
• has high gliding power
• reduces electrostatic charges formation
• allows an excellent lubrication of the yarn, avoiding differential tensions, sticking, deposits and dust on the equipment
• is stable to light and heat treatments
• does not allow the yarn to yellow even after prolonged storage
• is scoured with a simple washing operation in warm water
